Click on the link above to purchase one from eBay.  These brushes are great for cutting in. The small handle fits nice in your hand and the angled tip really helps to get that nice straight line. A 2″ size holds enough paint and is perfect for getting in corners aswell. The synthetic bristles stay in a nice flat shape which is a must. These brushes are good value and like gold dust to get hold of.

Sadolin Superdec Gloss

I can’t believe how great this product is. I did a hairdressers in town and had to use something that was quick drying due to customers coming in and out all day. I chose Sadolin Superdec Gloss. After raking out and filling up I went straight over the existing paintwork with this product as it’s  self priming and undercoating. After the second coat it looked ultra white and had already dried. Amazing finish.  I will use this now on all exterior woodwork.  Saves time and gives 8 years protection. Waterbased products are the future. The 2.5 litre was around £48.

Ultra Matt by Dulux

In any large areas which contain alot of natural light especially ceilings you may find you can see your roller marks and misty patches which is due to the plaster and the sorce of light reflecting. The only product I found is Ulta Matt by Dulux. Lifesaver.

Decking Protection

I have used numerous products to protect decking over the years but the best thing I found was Sadolin Classic Wood Preserver. I used a natural colour and it revitalised the ageing wood plus giving it colour without losing the woodgrain as it is a preservative not a stain. Well recommend.
